You are missing the point of the thread however.

How do you justify discrimination against those other groups while allowing homosexuals to marry?

Try thinking outside of the box for once.
Siblings are not a protected class. Neither is groups of people.

The Supreme Court has already ruled on Polygamy over 100 years ago.

I really think everybody on this forum needs to put him on ignore. He's a 100% pure, unadulterated troll. Not even a good one. Let's shut him out and stop feeding the POS

Absolute horse manure!!! I've wondered why Mormons haven't demanded that they be allowed to marry multiple wives given the precedents set in gay marriage cases. For that matter, Jerry Springer has had guests on his tv show that were in love with their animals and would gladly marry them.

That, as you said, was 100 years ago. Although I have condemned the practice, the United States Supreme Court reverses themselves and then reverses themselves again... and again - and so forth.

Yo, here it is 2017, and we're still pushing the slippery-slope-cats-and-dogs-living-together-mass-hysteria meme as an argument against SSM? Thanks, Obama.

Because the Supreme Court ruled multiple partner marriage laws were constitutional more than 100 years ago.

So, if they are constitutional, how come the Mormons aren't getting legally married to their many spouses???

OR maybe you meant unconstitutional. Well, Hell, did you read my posts? What does that mean to the Supreme Court? They've over-ruled their own precedents many times.

Multiple people are not a protected class.

The laws do not discriminate. Just because there are a group of people wishing to do something does not make it a right.

Marriage before anything else is a contract. And secular laws were and are written for a two party contract.

If 3 or more people enter into contract...the dynamics in the law of writing laws pertaining to custody, banking, debt, medical issues and responsibilities, insurance...ect.

Adding more people to the contract makes the revision of laws and regulations never-ending.

Morons are not. Fundamentalist Morons have a [1] legal wife and supplemental non-legal wives.
