While in his first two years at Columbia University in 1979-80, presidential candidate Barack Obama was a member of the Black Panthers, as discovered by the Associated Press. Recently disclosed documents from the organizations rosters has shown that Obama was a member for two years before leaving the organization.
Obama was not an officer in the organization but he did attend Panther meetings on average of once a month. The Black Panther organization did not maintain an office on the premises of the university but was located about 1.5 miles from the campus in a small house in nearby Southern Harlem. The notes from one meeting entitled “beat the crackas at their own game” has Obama’s signature at the bottom of the meetings’ logs.
The Obama campaign has not returned questions on this breaking story, but we expect a reaction soon as more details on this story emerge.

Even if this is true so what. This is America, we have a highly regarded senior democrat member of the senate that use to be a grand dragon in the KKK. Bush use to be an alcoholic, coke snorting dickweed.

Maybe Obama actually attended UNC in the 60's and had cosmetic surgery to alter his appearance so as to not appear to be 9 years old at the time.
