I don't have 5 minutes and 39 seconds to watch the entire clip, but as I scanned through, I saw what looked like fatigue and an attempt to ad lib for five minutes. He might have slurred some words, but I was kind of expecting him to be a little more loopy, based on the title of the thread.

They WERE against it but now they're with him, only they're not really with him, they're going to double cross him and the guys who USED to be with him don't know...now SHHHHH
