Unfortunately for the democrats they don't have a back-up in waiting like the Tea Party so it may take them longer to find their way but it's obvious the status quo no longer will do. We are kind of waiting to see which group rises to the top to replace the far left liberalism that runs the democrats now.

Most of my colleagues are assuming the big change will come between 2018 and 2020.
This Democratic Party if NOT "left liberal". It's slightly to the RIGHT of Reagan.

We lost the last election due to losing the white working class vote in three rust belt states....getting all "green" and further left is not going to change that.

Thomas Perez is a Moderate Liberal Populist.
This is what we need at this time.

Then WHY aren't you demanding that the DNC campaign hard for universal care? Right now.

You seem to pay lip service to universal care but don't expect your elected officials to do one damn thing to deliver it.

YES it would. Are you serious? Every single progressive idea I mentioned would be vitally important to these people. That's the point!

The working man and the poor have to REALLY come first. It can't just be a snappy ad slogan.

It's not about convictions or morals, it's about winning. Doing or saying whatever it takes to win regardless of how you really feel.
    Party politics.

    Back to ignore, as well.

I think just place you on ignore. The thread topic is apparently too emotionally taxing for you.

    Hope you feel better.

It's not about lofty ideals. It's about accomplishing as much as is possible within a system that requires consensus among the public.

Of course, for nihilistic anarchists, none of that means anything anyway.

From what you have written, Perez's supports exactly NONE of these.

What is funny, Perez is more inline with Trump that the LW of the Democrat party.

    They elected Mini-Trump... ROFLMBO.
