That can't be right. 2% of parties who win injunctive relief go on to lose on the merits?

    Got a link?

It's not that people are asking for too much; people aren't asking for enough.

Maybe I am wrong. Millions of us are, one way or another, so I guess we'll never know.
I used to feel that way but at this point I am totally focused on issues I know can be resolved legally by a President and whether their history matches what they support (their propensity) so my antenna is always tuned into which candidate can do what they promise and then which candidate's promises are more damaging to the population. This one was an easy one for me as my social liberal side kicked in. We'll see in future elections whether we voters turn back the clock further or this, like other odd election year examples, was just a complicated screw up. Gotta run but I do get what you are saying.

There are no other places that will give them preferential treatment and we used to have tax rates in the neighborhood twice what they are now what the fuck are they doing here? Why didn't they leave then? Unless they plan on relinquishing their citizenship they will still have to pay US taxes PLUS the taxes wherever they go and they are invariably higher. I suppose they could go to a place like somolia but I doubt someone making millions is going to be stupid enough to move to a shithole. I am always amazed some from the right swallow that bullshit line that the rich will move if we were to raise taxes, they aren't going anywhere and only a dumbshit thinks they will.

Yeah that's right, China. They could always move there and give up their entire fortunes.

Apparently none of this is true, or you could never have supported Hillary.

Consumption tax is regressive and cannot be made progressive. It cannot restrain capital or transfer wealth down from the 1%. It should not be used in place of the income tax.
Coming from someone who preferred trump to hillary all one can do is scratch their head and wonder.

I voted for BERNIE. I hate both these two, and don't prefer one on ethical grounds.

But Trump will be a do-nothing quitter, whicb means Hillary would have done much more damage.

How many times do you need this explained? Trump is not as bad because he can't get anything done.
