    States can amend the constitution themselves so since you have enough then go for it.

    That is the point. Hillary won less than 20 states so most of the country voted for Trump. You want only democrats votes to count.

    Again, I've never mentioned Clinton. My interest is should the electoral college determine elections or should we abolish the electoral college and use the popular vote, that is individual votes, to determine election outcomes?

    It is not. You want over half the states votes to not count. You want California and New York to elect the president. Without California and New York Hillary lost by 3 million votes
