Did you mean to say "Who's"?

    Can you type English?

The part that the OP leaves out is that the White House has been undergoing renovations during that time. I know that facts and the truth just don't get the anti-Trump base riled up like throwing out something as in the OP but let's try and actually be a little honest, shall we? Of course, the renovations only account for some of the time. There is also weekends and holidays. Even a president is allowed to leave the White House during these.

Are renovations keeping Trump out of the White House?

Trump said the White House was going "through long planned renovation."

The HVAC system upheaval keeping him and his staff out of the West Wing has been in the planning since 2014, while other typical White House refurbishments like carpet replacement and repainting have been put off since the inauguration.

Presidents typically take an August recess and relocate to Blair House if more time is necessary, so we see nothing out of the ordinary in Trump’s tweet.

So we can put you down for the taxpayers paying for the renovation of Trump's various palaces, then. What a revelation.

    Well, it's like this...

If you wouldn't have poked a little fun at my English skills, I woulda let it go.

    Know what I mean, Vern?

    No harm, no foul.

Would you all quit whining already? You lost. Get over it. Start working on the next election and maybe you won't come out so badly.

Your standard spiel when you have no argument. You would love having a one party political system wouldn't you?
