    I know - I'm just teasing.

Of course, which is my point - that in order to answer the question, one must assert one group of people is "better" than the other.
    Ayup.

    As do I.

    Understood.
Right?! So, I'm doing a little poking/prodding on that concept. NOT trolling or flamebaiting, mind you! As a hybrid and one who lives among both "tribes," this is a fascinating/compelling topic for me.

Except Wonderer. She's awesome. (I remember the picture.)
In fairness, I looked pretty much the same as a liberal, too. Though the height of my "fitness" (when I was a lean, mean, tri-athlon-running machine) occurred post-conversion. And now, I'm starting to look old-ish and frumpy-ish, so Bob might have a point.

I don't think I'm evil, though. Pretty sure. I think.

It's just "we're great and they suck" mentality and an increasing disinterest or outright disdain for "others." I don't cotton to this.
This is what is destroying our Country...extremists.

Maybe, but that's what I am looking like this days, too.

I am also pretty sure. I was thinking of my xW, who was not stupid, but turned out to be a tad evil (and not in a good way).

I think it's the otherization/dehumanization of political "foes" combined with everything being viewed through a political lens, which, in turn, is amplified by the 24-7 news cycle and social media. We're our own undoing.

It all began on AM radio before anyone had ever yet dreamed of the concept of cable news or "social media".

Now you have done it again!! I am filled with questions, within a nano-second, but I will practice restraint. I know there is another good story there. Just sayin...

So true. My spouse has a coworker that came to the US from Russia about 6 years ago. Very nice person and was well liked. But recently others have questioned her with more scrutiny, why is she here? what does she think about Trump? Is she able to vote? Are there more Russians coming over? Just general weird things that leaves her more confused than anything. Its like people are looking to see if she has any connection to Trump. lol Its downright silly and a bit embarassing frankly.
    Thanks from Wonderer and Babba
