Too bad you dont have as much compassion for immigrants and their children - Dinesh D’Souza is every bit as much (and in many cases more) the law breaker that they are.

Again, you expose yourself as a hypocrite.
This was about politics and Obama sending a warning to those that challenge him. Just like Obama did with fox reporters

    He intentionally broke the law.

In 2012, the Election Act limited both primary and general election campaign contributions to $2,500 for a total of $5,000 from any individual to any one candidate. In August 2012, D’SOUZA directed other individuals with whom he was associated to make contributions to the campaign committee for a candidate for the United States Senate (the “Campaign Committee”) that totaled $20,000. D’SOUZA then reimbursed those individuals for the contributions. By directing the illegal contributions to be made, D’SOUZA also caused the Campaign Committee to falsely report to the FEC the sources and amounts of those contributions to the campaign.
That’s criminal intent right there. He knew it was illegal so he conspired a way to do it anyway.

Are you OK with that? Is intentionally breaking the law OK with you because you like a video he made?

He did exceed the maximum contribution to a candidate, so yes he was guilty. And usually such an offense leads to a fine- that's all. D'Souza received special attention because he's an outspoken critic of Obama and of Hillary.
By the way, is Rosie O'Donell in jail yet?

Then why is Hillary not in jail? What she did was far worse then giving extra money to a campaign. Why is Obama not in jail for using taxpayer money to try and defeat Netanyahu in Israel's election?

    Focus and answer the question

Are you OK with D’Souza intentionally conspiring to break campaign finance laws? Yes or no?

Trump played you like a fiddle.

He had his supporters chanting "lock her up" at his rallies, but no sign of her even being charged with a crime, let alone convicted, and sentenced.
