Was D'Souza really having that hard of a time grifting rightwingers that he had to stoop that low to please them?

    This one is so transparent.

The pardon of dinesh and others Is not about these people, but for how it will create discussion about what they did that was wrong, often in the lesser extremes.

Then, people that hate trump will start screaming for crimes to be enforced... Then the targets are exposed with public support because they won't want to make trump right.

    Heh!

Do you even know what transparent means? That drivel is about as clear as mud.

The total of Rosie's illegal campaign contributions are very similar to what got D'Souza in trouble, but she actually made five separate illegal donations, each a potential charge. You might try actually reading the link.

Maybe prosecution for five counts is still in the works, because it ought to be, although she will no doubt simply pay a fine as has traditionally been the case for the sort of violation she and D'Souza are guilty of.
All of that is just fine, but why do two faced, double standard libs excuse Rosie while cheering the unusual vigor with which D'Souza was prosecuted?
    Thanks from THOR and bmanmcfly

Liberals don't control the criminal justice system. That's just a wild-eyed conspiracy theory.

That depends; under bush transparent meant no access, under Obama transparent meant so transparent as to be invisible, in this instance; transparent refers to how crystal clear the trap Is set...

This isn't even a high level strategy... It's move, desired counter-move opening up the desired next move, and then the trap will be set and baited and the following move will be made that will demand trump makes a move that trump haters do not want currently, but will demand by the end of the play.

And you forgot the fraud, using aliases to bypass the rules, etc...

Where, dinesh could have argued ignorance at not knowing his contribution was a few hundred too much when he made it ...

Rosie, through her actions showed a deliberate premeditation to flout the laws.

Do you at least see the move?
    - pardon dinesh
    - trump haters argue importance of law enforcement
    - arrest Rosie using the arguments made against dinesh.

Oh, I see now. It's all an elaborate scheme to lock up Rosie.

Rosie just happens to be the most recent highlight.

If you think she's the only one to flout campaign finance laws, that would require a level of innocence bordering on criminal.
