No that was some combination of Sanders and Clinton. If 3rd terms were legal, Obama would have beat the hell out of Trump.

That's is what your going with really?

Don't disagree with you that Hillary was a bad candidate to run though.

Wow - you really think Russia is about low level staffers and CT?

You haven't been paying attention then.
It's so weird how liberals pretend to be champions of free speech when it comes to millionaire football players disrespecting the flag but hate it when it's regular people. This is one of the reasons we have divisiveness. You had civil opposition in the form of the Tea Party. But the cult of Obama couldn't stand anyone criticizing their savior. So they smeared them. They nutpicked a few idiots in the crowd as if that represented all of them. The left smeared the Tea Party as racist thugs, even though there was never violence at those rallies. When you cry wolf and call millions of people racist, they start to think the people who are calling them that are full of shit. So when someone like Trump is called racist, it doesn't matter. When you have someone like Obama who is a trash talking bully who treated any opposition as if it were dishonest or hysterical, then people are going to want their own trash talking bully to counter that. You had civil opposition and you treated them like that. So then you got MAGA.
This is what I'm talking about when I say the cult of Obama refuses to see any flaws in him. You all act like he was some kind of innocent bystander and that the divisiveness just sort of happened around him and he had nothing to do with it.

Right. Because everything happens in a vacuum and history doesn't matter.

All he did was put the tab for your two wars on the books. Bush and you spent the money.

    And in only 8 years!
Barack Obama: Added $8.588 trillion, a 74 percent increase from the $11.657 trillion debt at the end of Bush’s last budget, FY 2009.

George W. Bush: Added $5.849 trillion, a 101 percent increase from the $5.8 trillion debt at the end of Clinton's last budget, FY 2001.

Bill Clinton: Added $1.396 trillion, a 32 percent increase from the $4.4 trillion debt at the end of George H.W. Bush's last budget, FY 1993.

George H.W. Bush: Added $1.554 trillion, a 54 percent increase from the $2.8 trillion debt at the end of Reagan's last budget, FY 1989.

Ronald Reagan: Added $1.86 trillion, a 186 percent increase from the $998 billion debt at the end of Carter's last budget, FY 1981. Reaganomics didn't grow the economy enough to offset the lost revenue from its tax cuts.

Jimmy Carter: Added $299 billion, a 43 percent increase from the $699 billion debt at the end of Ford's last budget, FY 1977.

I stopped because before Carter is before my time... though it steadily goes down into the single digits until you get to:

Franklin D. Roosevelt: Added $236 billion, a 1,048 percent increase from the $23 billion debt at the end of Hoover's last budget, FY 1933, and he pretty much destroys anyone pound for pound.

But aside from him, Reagan is the modern champ of debt. Obama isn't 3rd either... he's beaten by GW Bush too. Its also disingenuous to act like any of these debts had nothing to do with the president who preceded them. In all cases, the economy had some sort of positive or negative momentum when the following president took over. GWB, debtor #3 in history delivered Obama a shit sandwich in 2008. The GOP dedicated to destroying Obama, rather than contributing towards the nations success also share in the 74% increase in debt. While I don't personally think Obama rose to the challenge as well as hoped... I do think he did okay considering the environment.

    Meanwhile:
    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/under-d...rst-time-ever/

Federal Budget estimates annual deficits could top $2.1 trillion per year in the next decade, which would send the national debt soaring even higher.
Trump is on target to beat Bush and take the #3 spot as a maximum debt increases.

And as was pointed out he did it against massive obstruction from the Republican Congress. The shibaggery of Republicans when they wouldn't even give Obama's SCOTUS nomination a hearing with a year and a half left in his Presidency was the last straw for me with the Republican party. The Republican Party is the Oligarch/Anti-America Party.

I don't think many in that list are successes, more like scraping the barrel.

Also, there are pros and cons to many others, did the pros outweigh the cons? Close call on some. Not much thought was put into that list.
