BLM Protesters Crash Killer Cop's Wedding

    Video here:

Fair play against yet another killer in uniform who has escaped justice? Or crappy, selfish behavior showing that these protesters have no sense of propriety?

    Your thoughts?

This is one of the cops who shot Stephon Clark to death in his grandparents' back yard, in Sacramento.

First of all was this a sanctioned event from BLM or is any act against police now attributed to BLM?

In searching out this story as the SFGate site did not work for me, I did a Bing search and got story after story of..."Black Lives Matter Protesters crash Cops wedding"

This was the photo in The Hill's site:

Is this even of the wedding? It's stamped as a Getty image.

I don't know who these people are or if they are even officially connected to BLM. Seems that any action is labeled a BLM action.

    This is BLM's twitter page.

No mention of the wedding. No call to invade the wedding. No postings from people that went to the wedding.

BLM is not heirarchal. Every city's group is independent, although they share research.

    Sacramento BLM's Twitter page:

    http://https://mobile.twitter.com/blmsacramento?lang=en

Their point -- with which I agree -- is why should killer cops get to go on with their lives as if nothing happened, when Stephon Clark and his loved ones lives' have been ended, or rendered unbearable?

Why should any American city make killers welcome but treat black Americans like prey in a game of recreational homicide?

People crashing the wedding is the topic.

    Blaming BLM is the easy-out.

BLM is not heirarchal ...is way to blame BLM for whomever acts badly.

This is no different that the guy at the whataburger that threw the soda in the MAGA kids face.

    People blamed liberals.

Did anyone from Sacramento's BLM take credit for this invasion?
    Thanks from Hollywood and Friday13

I would lean towards dickish, because you aren't just messing with the cop, but his family that didn't do anything. not that I think people should be silent about killer cops but you aren't doing yourself any favors acting similarly to the Westboro church nutjobs

That said, given that he was accused of shooting an unarmed black kid just a few months ago, it was pretty stupid of the cop to publicize the time and place of his wedding on social media.

Yes. Check the Sacramento BLM Twitter page. They also have a Facebook page but I am not a member of that platform, and cannot view it.
