White Evangelicals actually had record turnout in the past two elections, higher than the previous record of 23% in 2004, making up 26% of the electorate in both 2008 and 2012. And Mitt Romney won that record turnout of Evangelicals by the same margin George W. Bush did in 2004.
Unfortunately for you this country is changing and slipping out of the grasps of old white Christians- and Republicans. Sweeping the Evangelical vote will not make you a majority party in this country, especially considering the fact that the far-right positions you must hold to appeal to Evangelicals will render you completely unacceptable to much larger segments of the American electorate.
