I'll wait until the study has been peer-reviewed and published. Currently, it's only on Researchgate, which doesn't require any peer-review.
At that time climate change had turned Eastern Europe into an open savannah which forced apes to find new food sources, sparking a shift towards bipedalism, the researchers believe.

Europe was the birthplace of mankind, not Africa, scientists find

The German teeth are twice as old as previously found African skeletons.

'Peer review' doesn't mean much after many peer reviews were written by left winged propagandists regarding AGW.

Some Lefties can't resist getting political about evolution. Why not? They've invaded many other areas of science.

Often when dissing evolution, creationists say

    1) You don’t even know definitely how life started!

    2) You still have missing links!

    3) You’re still arguing about where humans began!

Once we provide definite proof about all the ‘missing’ parts, we’ll be able to persuade more people to throw away their Neolithic fairy tales about old men in the clouds. Those millions will stop praying and start studying science, which will help ALL science. Without science you would have no TV, computer, internet, car, air conditioning, and so on times a million. So if you want your flying car sooner, we need to find definitive evidence for the birth of humanity.

Peer review means the same as it always has, whether or not the results fit your desire for right-wing propaganda.

Righties were the first ones to get political about evolution. Science is science, not propaganda. You just do not like the answers because they do not conform to your predetermined religious beliefs.

If this theory is correct, it speaks to going back and forth between what is now called Europe and Africa, and nothing to do with whiteness.
