    Cold weather Palm Trees!

    Trachycarpus fortunei



    These are located in New Jersey, I've heard of them as far north as Newfoundland.



    They don't survive below 28 degrees. They have to be kept warm somehow.

    Had to look through the video, im going with "no" as they would die in chlorine and if there were none, the water would have a dark stained look. Also, lilly pads grow closer together.
