    Okay, so I looked it up and you're right. I was thinking of Keto, which is almost zero carbs. Paleo is no grains and no legumes but fruit is okay, so you get sugar.

    I have a friend on Keto who lost 150 pounds. She's really healthy.

    You know, I was thinking Otzi was right at the Neolithic/Chalcolithic boundary, but I looked it up, and you're right, he was well into the Copper Age, and he had a nice copper axe with him. Some of his tool-kit, though, was still made of stone, which was not at all unusual during the Chalcolithic; he also had a nicely made flint knife.
