He says he bought he because he was single and travels......pretty neat. If you check out the link. There is a 9 min video of the apartment and his balcony and rooftop area. They also asked him what was the most amount of people he had there. He said 40.
Small Refrigerator and his kitchen area is all in one spot. Thoughts?

Not really into metrosexual interior design, but I can't deny how it's inventive.

I love it! Mini-homes are becoming more and more popular. Why have a huge house when there are only one or two of you? Eco-wise it's a really good idea.

I like it! Very inventive. This guy should have his own show on the Style Channel.

It's pretty cool, like a motor home but you can't move it. I wouldn't want to live there, too small. The deck outside is pretty cool. The bed seems too short

People are making some really cool houses out of old shipping containers, too.

Tree-houses are the new thing as well.....I was looking in Readers Digest and they were showing how some people made a guest home by building a functional treehouse. Just like an apartment. Some with Solar and green technology. Overseas they have these Spheres they build up and around a tree. Running Water and the usual amentities....
