My thoughts are:

1.) Obvious secondary sexual dimorphism as in a definite feminine or a masculine physique. Examples for a female would be developed hips and breasts with a small waste.
2.) Healthy youthful appearance, subconsciously making a mate appear more likely to be a successful breeder.
3.) Confidence
4.) Positive demeanor.
5.) Material success, power, and security

You left out that your personality is like a ray of sunshine.

There's nothing quite like a woman with maturity (behavior, not necessarily age), intelligence coupled with common sense, confidence in her abilities, genuineness and a sense of humor. Physical appearance is secondary.

That is definitely true, because having sex is such a tiny part of your time together, its all the other times you are with them that you want a great personality, someone to have fun with, have stimulating conversation, laugh with, etc.
