As for the HIV test, etc. that would have had to have been a blood test. Not done by PP, but by a lab. It seems unlikely that there was a pattern of drawing blood, NOT sending it for testing and then lying to patients about the results.
That would be criminal, if it occurred. And to what end? The procedure is extremely low paid to the provider. Someone at PP is going to risk negligent homicide charges to rake in a $1.50?
I don't get why this is relevant to this thread to begin with. Whether PP is a tidy medical record keeper or not does not respond to the Op.
