    Too young and they don't know shit and have to be house-broken.
    Too old and they are set in there ways and resist change and being broken into new roles.
    30 is about right.

    Having been in the military helps, you're used to taking orders and keeping your gear squared away.

    he does laundry too..... knows how to separate it, what temp to wash and dry with, what needs to hang or lay flat to dry. Folds too.....
