Three cases that come to my mind, the woman who died in her Fathers arms in SF, Nicole Simpson, the yoga instructor who was killed by a male cop and he has not been charged yet, and I am watching to see if the guy who shot a woman thinking she was a deer. He was charged, but the outcome is yet to be seen. Women are at the bottom of the heap in this Country...even below criminals.

Ok. But if I find 3 cases where a man was killed by another man, and the killer was not charged, then wouldn't that be a wash?

California cop Patrick Feaster who shot driver in car crash will NOT be charged | Daily Mail Online

3 shot when man drops gun in Fla. Cracker Barrel

Police: Pedestrian killed in highway crash | WJAR

I can dig up articles showing where people are charged, both for men and women deaths... so I think its very hard to show what sort of bias the victim being male or female might have on a case, if any.

Well, let's look at domestic violence...are men getting their faces bashed in on a daily basis by women? Moving away from violence for a minute, when you were promoted to a Naval Officer, did anyone speculate that you got the job on your knees? Women are still second class citizens.
    Thanks from The Man

You don't think men say that other men gave blowjobs or ass for their promotions?

Maybe it happens. But, nowhere near as common as with women (both the actual such action; and such talk about men).

Your men in Russia sound so sophisticated compared to the men I work with in the Navy. :P

I am not familiar with the latter two cases, but in the Steinle and Simpson cases, there is no evidence the sex of the defendants or victims had anything to do with the outcome of the cases.

In fact here in some of our most liberal states...if you are a convicted felon and an illegal alien, you can kill a girl in broad day light with a weapon you are not "allowed" to own and not have to worry about getting convicted for anything besides having that weapon...what a country!
