What are the numbers?

13 to 18 what? Is that age? number of people?

My first thought was age, until I saw it decreased by 0.7" in a year.

The stats are very off. Some sources would have been nice.

And for the information, the average penis size in Europe is 5-6 inches, but you only need 3 inches to fully reach the end of the vagina. However that being said, the vagina can stretch to accommodate the extra inches, which is where the fantastic sensation of a scream comes from..

You penis doesn't shrink. It just becomes harder to get it fully erected as an old man... 15% of men have problems with premature ejaculation, the other 85% don't think its a problem..
