Fear the "Bone," the USAF B1-B

Kim Jung Un better understand what's coming his way. The "Bone," the B1-B is argueably the most advanced weapons delivery system in the USAF arsenal. Capable of "hands off" terrain following and Mach1+ travel to target. The payload is either nuclear weapons or a heavy load of conventional precision delivered munitions.

If Kim starts some shit, he's in for a big surprise. His Chinese and Russkie buddies won't be able to bail his ass out. The USAF will turn N. Korea into a cinder.

    Cheers,

    Bourne

    Carter killed the B-1.

    Reagan brought it back.

Let's hope we don't have to use it for real against N Korea.

Lil Kim shot off another "projectile" today.

He just has to show off his goodies all the time...

The Soviets ripped off a BUNCH of our designs.

    Including the Space Shuttle.

Copied the Concord, too, we called theirs the Concordski.

Why mess around with the B1, when we have this bad boy available?

    Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    B-2 Spirit

    Role
    Strategic stealth bomber
The Northrop (later Northrop Grumman) B-2 Spirit, also known as the Stealth Bomber, is an American heavy penetration strategic bomber, featuring low observable stealth technology designed for penetrating dense anti-aircraft defenses; it is a flying wing design with a crew of two.[1][4] The bomber can deploy both conventional and thermonuclear weapons, such as eighty 500*lb (230*kg)-class (Mk 82) JDAM Global Positioning System-guided bombs, or sixteen 2,400*lb (1,100*kg) B83 nuclear bombs. The B-2 is the only acknowledged aircraft that can carry large air-to-surface standoff weapons in a stealth configuration

In one test it flew over a 50 square mile target range with 16 semi trailers scattered throughout the target zone, it made one pass, dropped 16 2400lb bombs and pinpointed 16 semi-trailers....no misses

    The B-2's are great.

But since we only have 20 in the inventory, it's nice to have some B-52's and B-1's as well.

    Yes, the Buran...

It was all abandoned after the fall of USSR. So sad...

But, in 2015, they said there will be a new program, like the old Buran: Back on Track: Russia to Revive Its Reusable Space Shuttle Program

Many people cheered then, among them the likes of Magomed Tolboev, a highly distinguished Soviet and Russian aviator, who flew Burans himself, back then, and has for years been fighting to revive the project

I hope I will live to see a Buran fly... I really do.
