    War and corruption

Recent video shows separatist forces in Donbass, Lugansk People's Republic troops, driving Ukrainian "Bulat" tanks, a highly modernized (supposedly) version of T-64 Kiev had very much touted and said it can take on Russia's T-90 and even T-14 Armata lol

In the video, the separatist fighter driving the truck says the tanks are "trophies", that is - captured from the enemy.

More likely, however, is that corrupt Ukrainian officers simply sold them to the seps. Shit like that happens all the time there. Similar things occurred in Russian military during the First War in Chechnya, in the 90s...

The thing about tanks, or planes for that matter is that they constantly break down.

Let us know if these tanks are still running in a week and it will show they have support.

For every dollar spent buying or selling a military vehicle it takes about 5 to keep them running, every year.

That's where Israel makes most of their money for instance, not by selling the merchandise but by selling the components to keep them running.

Why Israel? What non sequitur is that?
Israel isn't even in the top five among world's arms exporters.

The top five in descending order are: USA, Russia, Germany, France and United Kingdom. I wonder how is it that you didn't think of them but Israel immediately popped into your head.
