    Without having actual numbers I would have to guestimate.

    If it were my Navy I would prefer large carriers that could do all missions rather than specific carriers designed for specific missions.

    Flexibility is a big factor in my book.

    Those small carriers may end up sitting idle, wasting money, while waiting for a mission for them to carry out while a large carrier will always have a role somewhere.

    To me it would be worth the cost since currently they are one of the most useful tools in our military.
