That sounds like a juvenile and silly idea.

    I'm biting my tongue here.

Anyway, just coming back to Earth for a minute, there would be nothing stopping a radical regime (e.g. IS) from getting hold of one of these and improving the platform.

Where do you think the first target would be?

    Jerusalem or New York?

Are you saying that nations over there wouldn't be able to protect their nukes?

It's like you didn't even hear what I asked. Perhaps just try harder to answer my questions first, then we'll get to your questions.

I'm saying the region is a little unstable atm. If a radical administration gains power in a nuclear state, and they upgrade the platform, I doubt they'll turn on each other.

Now, think for a second and just mull over the scenario that Syria is a nuclear power now and some of her warheads fell into the hands of IS during the recent civil war. Surely you can grasp the danger in said situation, or do I have to spell that out too?

Well then they set off a nuke and the world retaliates.

    No more problem over there.

You seem to forget that there is ONE nation on earth that has used nukes in war, twice.
