It is VERY good. I thought I knew a lot about the war, but one thing I learned was how unstable and corrupt the South Vietnamese government was before and during the war. Again. Watch it. As with all Ken Burns films, they use available footage. They even have a section on fragging.
We watched it last fall when it initially aired. Masterful.

I will NOT watch his documentary on baseball, because baseball BORES me to DEATH. Not even Ken Burns could make that interesting for me, sorry.

It's good. The beau got the set as a gift. He's very much enjoyed it.

Notably, "queue" is not so much a word as a letter followed by repeating vowels.
But it works in Words With Friends!

I'd rather watch paint dry or grass grow, than watch a baseball game. Heck, I'd rather watch bowling on TV than baseball, and bowling bores me to tears. Even golf, or tennis, and I find them as boring as knitting or quilting.

    Suspect...very suspect.
BUT, at least he's not a Cub's fan...

First, baseball and golf on TV are essential. All I need is a warm Saturday afternoon, a baseball game or golf tournament on TV and my Lazyboy. It's sweet dreams till I have to tell Mrs. RNG, in a very loud voice, "I was listening to that!"

Second, Prime in Canada has a greatly reduced offering I am noticing more and more. That damned CRTC protecting us all to hell.

But most important, I watched Burns' Vietnam documentary on PBS in its first run. It was excellent.

What stood out the most to me was how badly Johnson lied to the people to better his election chances. I knew information was being withheld but I had no idea of the magnitude of the lies and deception, to both Americans and S Vietnamese.
