    The afterlife- what are we judged by?

    When we die, does God determine our fate by our actions throughout our life, or our thoughts, or both? If God does not take into account our thoughts, then why is it a sin to be jealous? If God does take into account our thought, then surely this is unfair as we cannot control our thoughts?
