You didn't even read past the first paragraph.
"Meanwhile, immigration arrests in the interior of the country increased by 25 percent, the data show."

From the link.

The Mexican army found the bodies in a remote area following a tip-off, he said.

And Trump has zero support from Texas lawmakers for his stupid wall.

BTW, why didn't the GOP fund his stupid wall when they had all 3 branches for 2 years?

Can't seem to get a coherent answer here from any of the dear leader supporters here.
Would Texas benefit job wise to construct the wall? Plus, the contractors there would use local shops and hotels so businesses would benefit.

You should read the thread. You're looking foolish.
Look, when you're talking to people that cheered when americans were killed by illegal immigrants, or attempted killed in a "republican hunt", do you REALLY think they care if some brown people were killed in another country?

They only want to change the subject because it makes their MS-13 look bad.

Why didn't Obama do immigration reform while he had all three branches for two years.
Wow - you would think if you are posting on a political board the least you could do is know what you are talking about

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...-immigration-proposal/?utm_term=.56e7e53099b0

The actual bill

S.3932 - 111th Congress (2009-2010): Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2010

Speaker Boehner blocked it

Why Immigration Reform Died in Congress

So please again, explain to me why the Trump party did not "fund" his wall while they had total control of Congress for two years?

Or why he changed his mind, again, at the last minute, when D's said yes to 25 Billion for the wall, in exchange for Daca?

And let’s remember the history: A year ago, Democrats offered Trump $25 billion for his wall in exchange for legalizing the dreamers, but Stephen Miller got Trump to walk away because the deal didn’t include huge cuts to legal immigration, which is the real Trump-Miller holy grail. At present, there’s no reason for anyone to assume the right doesn’t still have this veto power over any deal that doesn’t cut legal immigration or that Trump would ever accept one.

And for the 50th time, he changed his mind on the bi-partisan CR bill.

For all his "talk" about a big beautiful wall - he has turned down every opportunity. So not only does he look like a fool, the shutdown in on HIM.

You aren't every good with dates, by 2014 dems had lost the House and Senate. Obama could have easily gotten it through in 2009.

So do you think who this administration has decided to "target" is a good idea?

As a result, arrests of so-called "non-criminal aliens" — immigrants whose only crime was an immigrant violation — have risen 42 percent. ICE acting chief Homan says arrests of gang members — including the violent MS-13 gang — has jumped 83 percent

So you want to waste border security money on going after people who have only committed a violation?
