California releases about 100 illegals back into the community everyday according to an ICE Agent.
And, keep in mind up to 80% of those illegals will reoffend.
It the illegal who murdered of Ron DaSilva was indeed deported it is ONLY because this was a high profile case and DaSilva's mother pleaded directly with the Governor.
But, even deportation doesn't mean that this illegal will not come back to the US through our open borders.
