30 second reload for all guns. (fittings/devices added to make it harder to reload any firearm made for the civilian market)
When the 2nd A was signed the muskets took over a minute to reload 1 round.)

That would go against a supreme court ruling.

You would need to have them overturn it.

Maybe you ought to read some history once in awhile instead of spewing nonsense.

Link to the actual ruling and highlight what would have to be changed.
Do that or leave with your tail between your legs.
LOL, do your own homework dude.

Its the Miller case and they specifically discuss what you brought up in the OP.

If you are too lazy to do it than you are free to look like a fool.

That's your own choice but we are laughing at you.

How will you get bad guys to pause 30 seconds between their reloads, or stabs, or swings, etc?

When the Second Amendment was ratified, the opposing guns also took over a minute to load. If France, Britain, etc. had fully automatic weapons, the Militia Act of 1792 would have required all males of age to own an automatic weapon.

Ummm lol no.

Raising the minimum age to 21yo to buy any gun is a much simpler and reasonable step towards decreasing gun violence imo.

If you make a claim, either support it with links/evidence or it's trash.

Making a claim and then expect others to come up with the evidence, doesn't work that way.

Actually there were state laws in the colonies...years before the Constitution that require free males to own and muster a weapon and gun power and drill with tythe militia. What does that have to do with what the OP is proposing.

The 2nd amendment fixed state forced ownership in a militia or ownership of a firearm.
