If memory serves, he has been harassed on airplanes by his fellow passengers. I think one was even ejected for it.

In this administration, his first class travel does not offend me. It seems reasonable that the ultra-confined spaces allowed to regular fares might make protecting him more challenging.
I question your memory. I didn't have a clue who Pruitt is. Now that I know I can't imagine why I'd care or want to flip him off.

I'm pretty sure giving someone the middle finger is legal and not an act of violence or threat. Why shouldn't someone in charge of the people's business have to put up with the people? Isolating pols from the people they serve seems like a bad idea.
