Since Christians have been winning Court Cases recently, its about time I started a thread celebrating this. The biggest victory was the Masterpiece Bakery case where Jack Phillips won 7-2. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/po...refused-make-cake-gay-wedding-i-don-t-n880061
I believe this thread was needed to celebrate the victories of cases in these times of wide spread hostilities that have led to animus even by our government towards religious people if their beliefs don't line up with current social trends. The tides are turning , so feel free to share any victories Christians have won with a link to the case.

Great idea for a thread! This will be the perfect way to show that many of the claims of persecution of Christians in America are false. What better way to disprove them than to show they are... winning!

Plus, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. So, I like that too.

Here's my first submission:

https://www.freep.com/story/news/lo...e-university-abortion-pill-lawsuit/698548002/

A federal judge on Tuesday ruled in favor of two Christian colleges suing the government to avoid paying for abortion-related healthcare under a controversial Obama-era mandate.

After the U.S. Justice Department dropped its opposition to the lawsuit, U.S. District Court Judge Mark W. Bennett in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, ruled that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) no longer could enforce the mandate against Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids and Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa.

Side note: The judge that ruled in this case, Mark W. Bennett? He was a nominee of Bill Clinton and was confirmed by the Senate in 1994 when it was controlled by Democrats.

Good judge. He probably was thinking the same thing I am......Killing a human being can hardly be called "healthcare".

My guess is he probably put a lot more thought into it than you would do. Probably best not to assume you know what someone else is thinking.

You're obviously easily intimidated. It's okay. I'll tone it down for you, kid.
You're not even making sense now. I'm just saying you probably shouldn't speak for the judge. I mean, I'm guessing you wouldn't want someone speaking for you.

I'm giving my opinion. You're understanding is quite limited, I understand. Look up "opinion".
