Guy literally was a segregationist, tho. While trump was opening his club to minorities, biden was voting against integrated bussing.
Was this before or after Trump denied blacks the ability to rent in his buildings. It is also interesting that you pointed out that Trump opened his club to minorities, then you were saying he discriminated before. You keep looking at things that happened a long time ago through 2019 eyes.

Does This Photo Show Joe Biden with the ‘Grand Wizard of the KKK’?

A photograph shared on social media in June 2019 showed former Vice President Joe Biden with the Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan.

What's True
The 2008 photograph shows Biden with Robert Byrd, a West Virginia senator who was during the 1940s a member and organizer for the Ku Klux Klan.
What's False
Byrd was never "Grand Wizard" of the Ku Klux Klan, and he later renounced his past white supremacist views and said his membership of the KKK was the "biggest mistake" he had ever made, years before he was photographed campaigning with Biden.

Here is another example of the leftist propaganda site "snopes" rigging shit for an agenda. "mostly false"? so they got the guys rank wrong. everything else is true.
Byrd was an Exalted Cyclops in the KKK, not Grand Wizard.

This is another classic example of why Fact Checker sites are 100% Fake News 100% of the time.

Everybody in the Senate from 1959 to 2010 hung out with "the Grand Wizard."

Yeah, I get it.

My point is, just as many Republicans "liked" Byrd, whatever rank he held in the KKK.

The OP's unctuous fallacy is NOBODY cared about Byrd's past until Internet forums.

There were pics of Byrd with nearly everyone from the 60's up to when he passed. In the days he was a member of the KKK he was a conservative. Most southern Democrats were southern bibble-belt racists. Southern conservatives were the ones who voted to secede from the Union and fought against the north durring the Civil War. These same Southerners became disgusted with the Democratic party in 1964 because of the civil Rights movement and switched to the Republican party.

You Republicans are too stupid to understand this. You will pay with your political existance come 2020.
