Meanwhile, the Bank of America homepage was down today for the second consecutive business day, which bank officials attributed to traffic and not hackers or malware.

Durbin is right. Gotta change banks. It's just a huge hassle, b/c we have two business accounts too.

I find it amusing...but typical...that Democrats express outrage at the results of their own tendency to be blind to unintended consequences.

There has been a Digital Run on BOA for at least 6 days. Now Dexia experienced the same type of run. Because the baking industry is the way it is, it cost 120 billion euro, and of course lead to nationalizing the bank. That placed not just the bailout on the tax payers, but all those sweat securities.

The same think will happen with BOA, and they know it.

BTW conveniently their site will be down for 26 hours, me thinks the fed will take the opportunity to inject Bernankdollars.
