A lot of giant companies refer to themselves as “American.” But let’s face it, they only have one real loyalty: Their shareholders. A Warren administration will halt the hollowing out of American cities and create good American jobs. Here’s how.

I seriously can't believe she cited a pencil - A PENCIL - to support her "economic patriotism" ploy. Either she's trolling us or more clueless than we thought.

Only Liz Warren can save America’s pencil manufacturing!

Quixotic campaign rhetoric. There is a reason that Washington has been feckless in preventing jobs from going over seas. As someone who ripped Trump for his specious campaign promises, Sen Warren doesn’t get a pass for hers.

Especially her trade rhetoric under Pres Obama. She was very Trump like in demanding the US didnt get on board with the TPP and suggesting tariffs.

Is it really a program ? Or just hot (new?) hot air to convince voters ?? Finally you have new jobs when you have real prospects to sell something to people who can afford to pay for purchasing them. The main weakness of the USA comes from the fact that most actors are not really export minded and the real qustion is how to boost export ! It is perhaps easy to do it when it comes to high tech products but for the ordinary ones , which can as well be manufactured in developing countries ? Wouldn't it be better to put the incentive on education to have really skilled people who cannot be repolaced by a third world worker with very low wages ? At the end the USA could compete in what they can do best when they want technically demanding products.
