Carrying out a summit is a really hard work which requires a lot of things to be done and creation of infrastructure is one of it. But Turkish company which had contracted to build a number of objects for the APEC forum in 2012 had broken contract because its workers were many times beaten and some were even killed. The last fight on Russky Island was between Chinese and Turks, but it's no about hatred between Chinese and Turkish workers. A man named Igor Popov, head of Other Russia party's arm in Primorski Krai, stands behind it. Now he is being on remand suspected of being a head of an extremist organization, but still can control his men and give them orders. The fight between Chinese and Turkish workers is not a single case, Popov regularly give orders through his assistants to the members of youth neo-fascist organizations to attack foreign workers and provoke riots in order to foil the preparation for the APEC 2012 forum in Vladivostok.
