Even as we delay needed and elective health procedures costs of insurance premiums continue to rise. As more and more lose their insurance there are fewer around to share the burden. Of course Republicans know that the uninsured place no demands on the healthcare delivery system and healthcare consumed by the uninsured is completely free costing no one anything.Costs Of Employer Insurance Plans Surge in 2011 - Kaiser Health News

However, we certainly wouldn't want someone to not make a ridiculous profit off the suffering of others:

The sad truth is that the Repubs and the TWingers wil lie and and lie and lie some more and try to blame this current rize on the Obama helth insurance bill. Faux "news" network will lie lie lie and lie some more and blame this on Obama, both of them.

Why shouldn't they rise? They have a captive market and a law to make them buy insurance. Capitalism works like this: A man has 2 milking cows and sells one. Then he makes the other one produce the milk of 4 cows and is surprised when that milking cow falls over dead.

If I sold coffee and the federal government made it a law that people had to buy a coffee every morning, I would do the following:

1) Celebrate
2) Raise my prices

is anyone surprised? i'm not.
Why should anyone be surprised. The Kaiser Foundation reported two September's ago that health insurance premiums have gone up 130% in the last 10 years. But lets not do anything about it. After all, if you don't have health insurance then health care is free.

I've no issue with repealing Obamacare. It should have been Medicare for everyone to begin with. Keep in mind most of Obamacare hasn't even taken effect at this point and this trend of skyrocketing insurance premiums has been going on for more than 10 years.

See, the problem with socialism is, what happens when your last milking cow dies?
