The Dims are trolling, that is all their subpoenas are. Go ahead, ask a court to force Barr to violate the law and the recently decided McKeever. The Dims are trolling and everyone knows it. In fact 99%+ of the Mueller report is available to read.
His report is, but it's the omissions by Mueller that may be interesting that no one has had the chance to read.

Just like "They" obstructed Al Capone by sending him to Alcatraz.
Tut tut Mr 505. The shoe is on the other foot and you don't like it. Barr is subject to intense scrutiny and criticism by the Democrats in order to obstruct him in trying to investigate the witch hunt. Only honest people would like to see the investigation investigated to see if laws were followed or if certain characters from the previous administration had an agenda. It's obvious Obama is a slimeball.

This literally makes no sense.

It's for noncompliance with requests for documents and testimony.

So in fact, both Barr and McGhan are breaking the law.
I think you need to read up on what Congress's subpoena power actually is and look at the history of where they were used. You will find Barr will simply give Congress the two finger salute and that's how far it'll go.

Congress relies on the very Justice Department it is pursuing to prosecute the contempt citation. And the Justice Department has, in the past, simply declined to do so.

The measure had to be taken to ensure that the process will succeed when issuing subpoenas by the House. No one must be led to think that they are exempt from complying with House subpoenas since Democratic House members were voted in by the American people to take this type of action to assure that the process is one that will be honored with integrity by all without any excuses.
The House is trying to get the AG to do an illegal thing.

I’m sure i could go back and find where you all were in support of congress holding holder in contempt.

Hmm the search feature seems not be able to find anything....

Must be broken or something.

What doesn congress want here and is it even legal?

The House is inebriated with the grossness of their delusions of grandeur and relevance.

Do the Dems actually think that the folks who voted them into office want them beating this particular dead horse?
