Trump did the right thing and Obama complaining about it is just more proof Trump is right.

Trump announces US is pulling out of Paris climate deal | Daily Mail Online

Donald Trump pulled the United States out of the Paris accord on climate change on Wednesday afternoon - deriding it as bad for American jobs and bad for the environment.
He dared opprobrium from foreign leaders, environmentalists, scientists and celebrities to say he was putting the jobs of American workers first.
'We don't want other leaders and other countries laughing at us any more. And they won't be. They won't be,' Trump declared. 'I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.'
Before he even sat down, his predecessor Barack Obama launched an all-out assault, saying Trump 'joins a small handful of nations that reject the future'.

Trump said just enough today about how much the US is paying, how other Countries are cheating to keep his base happy.

Much as we dislike what he is doing it will pacify that base, keep them happy. Trust me,it was clear today. Then he threw opinion the bit about renegotiating. Other countries have said there can be no rempnogiating the voluntary agreement.

But areas like Pittsburgh will go right ahead. Trump won a hollow victory today.

The 61 mayors who previously pledged to ignore President Donald Trump’s climate change policies have upped their commitment after he announced his intent to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris climate accord: At least 61 cities are adopting the historic agreement themselves.

The group of mayors, who represent 36 million of Americans and some of the largest U.S. cities, outlined a plan to align with the other 194 nations that adopted the accord:

We will continue to lead. We are increasing investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency. We will buy and create more demand for electric cars and trucks. We will increase our efforts to cut greenhouse gas emissions, create a clean energy economy, and stand for environmental justice. And if the President wants to break the promises made to our allies enshrined in the historic Paris Agreement, we’ll build and strengthen relationships around the world to protect the planet from devastating climate risks.
