With President Barack Obama maneuvering to select a replacement for Justice Scalia the challenges to Christian values and civil rights are in the forefront of the debate. Liberals are pressing for an appointment by Obama in order to complete the dismemberment of Christianity.

Christianity itself in American society has been under continuous assault by Obama ever since he took the oath of office in 2009. His countless executive decisions to bypass congress or marginalize traditional practices of previous administration to acknowledge Christianity has been relentless. The American Christian Civil Rights Movement (ACCRM)) firmly believes that now is the time to no longer witness nor permit the undoing of American Christian Civil Rights.

As a Christian in the America of 2016 do you feel that it does not matter if the next Supreme Court justice to take the place of recently deceased Justice Antonin Scalia matters? Your answer and how you cast your vote in the primary or upcoming caucus in your state may determine the course of Christianity in America over the next two decades or more.

Simply examine his action:

  • Obama in 2009 orders that a monogram symbolizing Jesus' name be covered at Georgetown University speech
  • Obama Administration announces that the rights of religious consciencefor individuals will not be protected under the Affordable Care Act
  • Obama's White House avoids traditional Biblical holidays but recognizesmajor Muslim holidays Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Hajj, and Eid-ul-Adha.
  • Maxell Air Force Base bans Bibles being handed out to willing recruits,
  • Obama refuses to fill for two years post of religious freedom ambassador, who works against religious persecution across the world
  • Obama refuses to attack Islamic Extremists for murdering Kurdish Christians, Coptic Egyptian's beheadings, raping, burning and beheading of Iraqi Christians
  • Obama refuses to defend Houston Christian pastor's right to sermons
  • Obama refuses to protect right of Indiana pizzeria owners to Christian beliefs
If Obama has Supreme Court Justice pick Christianity will be decimated

This is why the GOP will not vote on an Obama nominee. He has shown by his actions what his plans are for Christians. We will not tolerate further abuse by this President. Its his time to go and the next President can make his nomination for the Supreme Court.

A place not infested with lying partisan hacks
this is one time he will not be able to use his executive powers to appoint a judge without Congress
It is within the Constitutional boundaries that he will not be using executive powers for anything regarding this appointment..the Constitution is on his side on this matter..not yours nor the Republican obstructionists.

The Congress can not stonewall forever. eventually the Congress will have to fill the seat and there is no guarantee that the next justice will believe as Scalia did.

Even Scalia would say there is no constitutional right to pass out bibles to new recruits. Just because someone wants to do something of a religious nature does not mean there is a constitutional right to do so.

All you want, AE, is a bunch of right leaning Christian ACTIVIST judges who will base all their decisions on The Bible and turn the USA into a theocracy.

You don't want court decisions based on the Constitution or legal precedent, you want them based on The Bible.

W@e have had that already in our nation's history. Christian Sharia law was prevalent in the US from the mid-1800's to the mid-1950's.

We are still breaking off the yoke of Christian Sharia laws that existed. Many states still have laws forbidding the sale of alcohol on Sunday. Just recently, the ridiculous Sharia laws that tools and home improvement supplies could not be purchased on Sunday, were over-turned.

Who would say the Christian laws forbidding the purchase of building supplies on Sunday is a good sound Christian law? Who in their right mind?

Let Obama do his job and Congress will do theirs. If he provides a Liberal, forget it.

Lets face it all the judges vote mostly down party lines. Your side has four Liberals, our side has 3 Conservatives and one swing vote. Give us a strong Conservative and its a deal. I don't think Obama can do this because he's an expert in judicial activism where he makes back room deals for the votes like the Corn Husker deal
