True, anyone can get std's if they are loose, but as I said, Sexually transmitted Diseases spread a lot more rapidly with gay men. So that's why it's not good to encourage it for your society.
Yeah, two guys who meet at church and do it on the downlow might be in denial so much that they skip condoms.

This is a complicated issue. If we say that gender identity disorder or gender dysphoria is not a mental disorder, immediately there are those that would call us bigots. However, those same people would be very upset, if gender identity disorder or gender dysphoria was not considered a disorder and was removed from the DSM. Why? Because if gender dysphoria was no longer considered a mental problem, then insurance providers would no longer have to cover it. This is a double edged sword.

I believe your assertion is false and possibly made up. Because the mental disorders covering the array of symptoms are still covered.

GID has been removed from the DSM. GD is still there, and is not the same thing.
