this is the part that we didn't here about on august 3rd.

the unemployment situation in the country is to say the least is not good.

i wish the media would do more to press the issue on the obama administration.

How can 44 states decline while the nation as a whole improves? That would have to mean that six states have risen more than the other 44 combined, and that is simply not reality.

I trust the numbers at the state level more than I trust the federal numbers, because there are 50 states and any errors made in data collection will tend to even themselves out over 50 sample sets.

But there is only one federal sample set, which can be easily manipulated.

The reported 163,000 jobs in July was a accounting trick. There was 195,000 lost in July, and after adding season adjusted, I think the number is 1.2 million lost.
