"Those who rebelled at the Stonewall Inn almost 50 years ago could have never imagined who would stroll into the now-iconic bar Tuesday afternoon. After his second fundraiser of the day in New York City, former vice president and current 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden was spotted talking with patrons and taking photos at the West Village gay bar."
"Biden's early support for same-sex marriage is still remembered. In 2012, he was asked on NBC's Meet the Press whether his views on marriage equality had evolved, to which he responded, "I am absolutely comfortable with the fact that men marrying men, women marrying women and heterosexual men and women marrying one another are entitled to the same exact rights, all the civil rights, all the civil liberties."

KUDOS to Vice President Biden for visiting the Stonewall Inn, the most famous Gay bar in America with its rich history that started the LGBT movement in the United States. Trump forsakes LGBT Americans. It takes a man who is truly caring about ALL people for who they are and for whom they love to take time out of his very busy schedule to visit with them and bring good tidings. Biden has a history of supporting the LGBT Community even when it was not so popular to do so. And that's what it takes, someone who recognizes that they too are Americans who work, who pay their taxes, who go to church to worship, who have or adopt children to add to their family and who proudly serve their country. Most times they bring great specialized training that is very much needed in the military. Some go on to lose their life in combat but they will all be long remembered as honorable Americans who did their duty for their country so that we can continue to live long and free.
