Another possible "will they or wont they?"

Former Secretary of State John Kerry would not rule out running for president in 2020 when questioned by "Face The Nation" host Margaret Brennan in an interview that aired on Sunday.

Kerry, who was the Democratic nominee for president in 2004 but ultimately lost to former President George W. Bush, didn't dismiss the idea of another campaign. In the aftermath of President Donald Trump's stunning 2016 victory, the 74-year-old Kerry hasn't given a clear answer as to whether he still has presidential ambitions.

It's two years out...everyone is going to be mentioned as possible runners.

Someone was chasing Joe Biden yesterday.

I don't care who is considered, mentioned as, or believed to be a candidate.

Well not really the first primary is in Jan of 2020. So the first candidates should be announcing in about 4 months or so, after the New Year. It does seem like a long way off, but remember they campaign for over a year.
