Restricting GOP subpoenas, restricting GOP questioning, hiding depositions in the basement, withholding transcripts while simultaneously linking selected parts, preventing Trump's attorneys from cross examination. You know, basic due process standards that are reasonable and should apply to everyone. And that's just the short list.

And now Nadler invites them to a hearing but provides no list of who he has called as witnesses that day. The sham continues. And more Americans get clued in every day to the Dims sham.

From the low IQ part of the electorate. Yes, that's it. Maybe you should try conspiracies and lies. That's a start.

Lulz

They have grabbed ahold of the greatest conspiracy theory in American history and don't realize it. Won't let go, while accusing others of promoting conspiracy theories. That is how dumb the left is. Dumb, but dangerous.

Moving goal posts again. We're talking about the GOP controlled House rules which covers all House inquiries. Those are the rules that are followed today in 2019.
You are saying due process that's been given out of doing the right thing and respect ot the POTUS doesn't apply to the POTUS anymore because Republicans blocked a generic subpoena in a generic hearing years ago? No wonder your ilk are losing this battle. Your rationale is some of the most asinine stuff sane people have ever heard. Cue some babble about your imaginary goal posts as you can't even kick the football.

The minority was restricted in subpoena power by the GOP, complain to them=OH, never mind, they are now the minority. To bad so sad

Questioning that could reveal information that could led to the WB identity was the only questioning that was restricted. Otherwise both political parties got equal time with the witnesses. If you don't like the law that governs WB and their rights to remain anonymous tough shit, it's the law of the land.

Transcripts were released in their totality so what's your problem? Parts of testimony that were released prior to that were in response to false narratives put out there by Republicans so the truth was out there as soon as possible.

Cross examination of Trump's attorneys is not allowed as he is the target of the inditement. Oh, this wasn't it's an indictment because you can't indict a sitting President. Ok, let's fix that, Trump can step down and be indicted as a civilian. Oh, he still wouldn't get to cross examine anybody in a Grand Jury as a civilian. He doesn't get more rights as President than he does as a civilian so basically that is due process and that applies to everyone so what's your fucking problem?

And, likewise, as long as the majority blocks minority subpoenas the President is going to invoke executive privilege. You seem to demand the Dems get it all. They block all subpoenas that they want but executive privilege can't block theirs. You're hilarious. It's a 2 way street. Either accept that or stfu. Until Dems give the President proper due process he's under no obligation to assist them in their corrupt attacks.

There is NO law that says that a WB must remain anonymous to Congress or the American people. The WB statute is intended to protect WB's from termination in the work place. It plays zero role in Congress. The WB is an alt-left operative and as such the Dems are trying to hide the identity. If it goes to the Senate he or she will have no choice but to testify. No more hiding.

Bullshit. Schitt put a gag order on Republicans talking to the media. Meanwhile, transcripts in hand he went out and was leaking like crazy to the media. He only piecemealed them out after he starting getting heat for hiding them and had already controlled the narrative. No one was actually going to read that inane bullshit.

This is NOT a grand jury. These are public testimonies. Jesus Christ, do you know the difference? One reason grand jury information is secret is to prevent potential taiting on jury pools and selection. It is also to prevent unwarranted accusations. Neither of these apply to this situation. Once a prosecutor goes public he's fair game for the defense. A prosecutor seeking the truth and who feels his case is strong would NEVER prevent due process. That's the role of corrupt, evil men.

But the courts don't agree the right is unlimited. So far the courts have rejected that. You do know what happens if it goes all the way to the Supreme Court? It means that if the court upholds the denial the next administration can't use it. If they court upholds it then the next administration can use it. How do you think that's going to be in Trump or the GOP's favor in 2020? Think about it. He wins and so he keeps getting away with everything but then if he doesn't win in 2020 OH BOY who knows what a President Sanders or a President Warren will do. They will have a full 4 years to do it too. No court challenges left he or she will just ignore the other two branches of gov't and the DEMS will have every right to just ignore them pointing to what Trump did and claiming it was pay back.

18 USC 1505 … makes it a felony with five year’s imprisonment to engage in communications that ‘endeavor to influence, obstruct, or impede’ any ‘inquiry or investigation is being had by either House, or any committee of either House or any joint committee of the Congress.’” Schiff’s staff cited this law saying it is illegal to obstruct a congressional investigation.
“exposing the anonymous whistleblower will have a chilling effect on others who want to defend the law but are afraid of retaliation,” and will encourage “attempts to influence proceedings, by scaring off witnesses whose testimony challenges the President’s actions. That obstructs a balanced record, and impedes achieving a complete record.”

Just ask yourself what has kept Trump from tweeting the name of the WB if he thinks that is the right guy? I know Don Jr has included a link in a tweet with the mans name in it.. I'm not completely sure that was a bright move on Don Jr's part however. Time will tell. The legit arguement can be made that by Don Jr retweeting the link it gives legitamacy to the claim that he is the WB. Remember what comes around goes around. A President that has vast unchecked power like Barr is trying to establish under Trump can conceivably appoint an AG that is a Democrat but acts like Barr? WHOOPS !

Schiff didn't put any extra legal requirements on anybody. Closed door hearings have always had the same requirements.

Do you know the difference between the rights the President gets and those of everybody else? I think you believe the President gets more rights just by virtue of being the President. He doesn't. In consideration of his position there is no criminal indictment but he is not above the law nor is he entitled to more rights then the rest of us just because of that.

Obama, Bill Clinton, and every other Dem President have invoked executive privilege over and over. Remember when Obama did it and refused to turn over documents and notes about conversations he had with Holder on the Fast and Furious scandal? And the Supreme Court will uphold the President's view on this one so your whining is moot.

The statue you quoted has nothing to do with whistleblowers. It has to do with House investigations. That being said, wouldn't Dem Rep. Earl Blumenauer's call to boycott Gordon Sonland's hotels be witness intimidation? Why, I think it is. Blatant intimidation. Why isn't Adam Schiff calling for Blumenaurer's imprisonment? Yeah, we know the answer.

Look, we know why the WB is being hidden. The WB statute doesn't cover Congressional investigations. Dozens of people have said bad things about Trump on various platforms and guys like Vindman even had the balls to get up and bash the President in front of Congress. The WB is being hidden so his left wing operative status isn't exposed.

There were exactly ZERO closed door hearings in Congress during Clinton's impeachment inquiry. But nice effort at lying and tried to justify the scam.

So having your counsel cross examine witnesses who are being questioned in a public hearings is now giving the President rights no one else gets? Bwahahahahahahaha. I can't believe you just posted that. The low IQ parts of the electorate get dumber by the day it seems.
