"The Kentucky county clerk who in 2015 gained widespread attention for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples may be sued for damages by two of those couples, a federal appeals court ruled on Friday."
"In a 3-0 decision, the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati said Kim Davis can be sued in her individual capacity, though sovereign immunity shielded her from being sued in her former role as Rowan County Clerk."
"The appeals court also upheld a separate attorney fee award to other couples who were denied marriage licenses by Davis."

That is great news for those two Gay couples that were denied their marriage licenses by the former county clerk. The unanimous decision shows that the appellate court obviously believes that Davis was in the wrong. May the couples now receive all that they are now fully entitled to get under the law.

I read about this earlier.

You can bet there are going to be a few people not liking this story

But she was literally breaking the law.

What I don't get is that by and large, gay people have zero impact on other people's lives

Yet some here seem obsessed with gay people.
It's actually the other way around. Christians aren't suing the gays in court
