Just a minute ago Avenatti was a hero to many of you on the crazy left, and had taken nearly permanent residence on fake news. Now looking at hundreds of years in prison.

Michael Avenatti, former attorney for Stormy Daniels, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in California on 36 counts, including embezzling from a paraplegic, court documents released Thursday show.

Avenatti, 48, faces charges of wire fraud, failure to collect and withhold payroll taxes, attempting to obstruct the IRS, failing to file tax returns, aggravated identity fraud, bank fraud and false testimony under oath during bankruptcy.

The lawyer was arrested March 25 on some of the counts, but the 61-page indictment filed by a federal grand jury late Wednesday "significantly broadens the scope of the case," according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California.

The criminal charges in the indictment "are all linked to one another because money generated from one set of crimes appears in other sets — typically in the form of payments to lull victims and to prevent Mr. Avenatti’s financial house of cards from collapsing,” said U.S. Attorney Nick Hanna.

You'd have a very hard time finding a single post of mine making a hero, let alone a Presidential candidate, out of that guy. Because there weren't any. I thought it was effing ridiculous when some folks were talking him up as a potential candidate.

But carry on with your broad-brushing. It's what you do.

Maybe he and Michael Cohen will be cell mates and they can move to a triple, when "the Donald" joins them.

Michael Cohen sentenced to 3 years in prison, blames President Trump for his 'path of darkness'

Cohen is connected to Trump. Avenatti? Is he connected to someone that has the power of the POTUS? Even Stormy Daniels fired him. https://nypost.com/2019/03/12/stormy-daniels-slams-avenatti-says-cohen-is-dumber-than-herpes-at-dc-event/

Can you make this stuff up?

Not sure what Avenatti's indictment means with regard to much of anything. Are you trying to suggest he was someone's hero?

There is no question that Trump paid $130,000 to Stormy Daniels for something. That seems a hefty price to pay and a hefty NDA penalty for something that was "nothing". The $130,000 has been tracked and documented. Would it be obvious (or not) that if someone is paying someone $130,000 to stay quiet about something, the payer is thinking what they did was not something they wanted anyone (like their wife and voters, for instance?) to know about.

Is that really how America wants to be represented by its leader?

Stormy should advertise for interested people, to help her raise the NDA penalty amount, so she can then be free to tell what she was paid $130,000 to be quiet about. If Beto O'Rourke can raise $6 million in 24 hours, just think what Stormy could raise (aside from Trump's you know what) in a couple of weeks?

If Melania has not already guessed what Donald paid Stormy $130,000 to stay quiet about by now, Donald might be in a bit of hot water. Would it matter to his supporters, who may even have fewer morals and values than Trump? So far, Donald's joking around about shooting someone in broad daylight and not losing any voters, seems it could be more factual, than fiction. Then, we could all run around shooting people in broad daylight and claim Donald and his supporters, said it was okay...... But then Donnie and his cabal of cronies would deny Trump ever said any such thing, jokingly or otherwise, while a video tape of Trump saying just that, was running on a large screen, just behind them.

Theater of the absurd......

There were still some who did view him as a legitimate contender for a Brief period.

Many of us knew that he was a scumbag, although, he's already surpassed what I had found.

Interesting thing happens when you also look into those who scream the loudest...

You support Trump as POTUS and call Michael Avenatti "a scumbag"???? That's hilarious!
