I can't speak to Nunes' herd, but if he's a dairyman like he is congressman I imagine all his milkin' stock are locked in their stalls all day. One of 'dem types. In other words, the kind of corporate dairy that is flippin' nasty.
Some of my best friends were cows.
You got me thinking "Dairy" and "Chocolate Milk". When I was in 4th or 5th grade, we had a field trip to Chase Brother's Dairy in SoCal. It was really a fun and interesting tour and in the end they wheeled out a few cases of chocolate milk and said "help yourselves kids!" - I had 3 or 4 of those little cartons. Hot day and delicious, fresh chocolate milk REALLY hit the spot.
My field trip was to a chicken farm. Can't say that was a pleasant outing, considering the pore-piercing aroma. But I think a dairy is a lovely place to visit. Plus, manure is $$$, Pop always said, so it smelled sweet!
