More Liberals Continue to Reevaluate Bill Clinton Sexual Assault Allegations

More liberals are continuing to reevaluate the sexual assault allegations levied against former President Bill Clinton.
After several prominent liberals and journalists called for a reexamination of the merit of the sexual assault claims against Clinton, more of their peers penned articles castigating the 42nd president for his alleged conduct.
"Bill Clinton should have resigned," Vox reporter Matt Yglesias wrote Wednesday, arguing that Clinton's affair in the 1990s with then-White House intern Monica Lewinsky should have resulted in his resignation because it was an abuse of power. Yglesias downplayed the perjury charge against Clinton and said he was more concerned with the Lewinsky scandal than the sexual assault allegations from several women—like Juanita Broaddrick, who alleges that Clinton raped her in 1978—because "the facts are not in dispute."
This is similar to an argument that New York Times journalist Michelle Goldberg made in a piece published Monday.
Veteran journalist Jeff Greenfield wrote an article for Politico Magazine titled, "How Roy Moore's Misdeeds Are Forcing an Awakening on the Left," with the subhead, "Years of excusing Bill Clinton's sexual misconduct suddenly seems morally indefensible."

Awful brave of them to throw Bill Clinton under the bus now that they don't need him anymore.

Funny that not more conservatives re-evaluate the Sexual Assault allegations against Trump though.

They stand close together making it a statement that the women accusing Roy Moore are to be believed, and sound legitimate.. yet they have no reasoning or argument why they still decline any such serious concern for the accusers that came forward against Trump.

This isn't especially fair. This all started with Weinstein. That represented the opening of a new chapter.

You should not criticize people for being more self-aware in the wake an ongoing nationwide scandal that is changing a lot of minds.

That's a great thing.

What sexual misconduct did Bill have with underage girls? Otherwise just another false equivalent. Maybe you should write the Free Beacon and tell them that using false equivalents is not good journalism.
Sexual assault/misconduct is wrong no matter what age the woman... and if you look into activities from 40 years ago for one man, it is legit to lok into another one's actions back in the days just the same. This is NOT a false equivalence.

Those 26 trips on convicted pedophile Jeff Epstein's private jet dubbed "Lolita Express" down to the convicted pedophile's private island where he molested underage girls were purely coincidental.

Slick was down there working on his tan.

What matters is:

1. Allegations are true (many false accusations for money or 15 minutes of fame)
2. Action is taken upon the abuser
3. Harsher punishments so this doesn't happen

If it's so evident then surely you have at least one accuser.

There are people all over the place probably shitting themselves regarding their past behavior, include I guarantee a ton of people in congress. They got away with being a creep, sexual assault/harassment, etc for so long, and now the women are rising up

Never said it was not wrong. Just that the behavior of some includes girls under the age of consent and so far Bill doesn't. Not a true equivalent.
